Pre-owned but in good condition.
No stains noticed. However, there are several spots where the gold thread (due to the material and how it is stitched) has come loose. I tried to show photos of the spots I noticed. I have not tried to mend them simply because I am not a seamstress and did not want to make things worse. There is also a location on the lower back of the top where the loose thread has caused a pull in the material (photo). Price reflects these imperfections.
